Nowhere is this more apparent than the realm of the pilsner, whose ingredient-driven profile challenges the dominating paradigm of “more is more” that’s ruled the contemporary craft beer scene. We'll delve into how beer culture is at the crossroads of traditional European approaches and the rising class of American brewers who are making these styles via the lens of ingredients, sourcing, technology and the palate of the consumer.
